Cllr Anthony Okereke has served as Labour Councillor for Woolwich Common and as Leader of the Royal Borough of Greenwich since 2022. Woolwich Common is his home, and Anthony is proud to lead the borough he represents. He is passionate about tackling poverty, improving housing, and creating fair opportunities for every resident. Under his leadership, the Council is building 1750 new council homes, launched the £60 million Get Things Done programme, and invested in greener, safer neighbourhoods.
